About Kyal’s Kitchen

Kyal’s Kitchen provides freshly cooked, ready-made meals prepared by a qualified chef.
All meals are cooked in a professional restaurant kitchen and supplied for takeaway consumption only.

Ordering

• Meals are sold as set weekly menus on a rotating schedule

• Orders must be placed within the advertised ordering window

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed

• Availability is limited each week to maintain quality
   

Pricing

• Prices are clearly advertised at the time of ordering

• Current pricing options may include meal bundles (e.g. 5, 10, or 20 meals)

• Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders
   

Payments

• Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed

• Full payment must be received by the stated deadline to secure your order

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received
   

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery and collection dates and times are set in advance

• Customers are responsible for being available during their chosen delivery or collection window

• If a customer is unavailable at the agreed time, the order may need to be collected at an alternative time or may be forfeited

• No refunds will be issued for missed collections or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
   

Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the fresh nature of the meals, all sales are final once preparation has begun

• Cancellations after the order deadline are not eligible for a refund

• Refunds will only be issued if Kyal’s Kitchen is unable to fulfil your order
   

Food Safety & Storage

• Meals are prepared in a professional restaurant kitchen following food safety standards

• Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt

• Storage and reheating instructions should be followed carefully

• Kyal’s Kitchen is not responsible for food quality issues resulting from improper storage or reheating
   

Allergens & Dietary Information

• Meals may contain common allergens including but not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, and soy

• While ingredients are listed where possible, meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens

• Customers with allergies or intolerances should contact Kyal’s Kitchen before ordering

• We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals
   

Use of Restaurant Kitchen

• Meals are prepared in a shared professional restaurant kitchen

• Kyal’s Kitchen operates independently and is solely responsible for the preparation and sale of its meals
   

Liability

• Kyal’s Kitchen accepts no liability for adverse reactions where allergen advice has been ignored

• Liability is limited to the value of the meals purchased

• Customers consume meals at their own discretion

Kyal’s Kitchen reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
